Since the age of 4, Daphne Ferraro has been dressing like a girl and telling people she was going to be a "Solid Gold Dancer." Her family encouraged her to make silly faces and act ridiculous as a young gay boy, and now she's made a career of it as  drag queen.

Daphne got her start performing in high school theatre and later became a Disney character actor, opening Fantasmic! at the Studios in Orlando. After her Disney days, she moved on to working in the dinner theatre circuit, earned a BFA in Fashion Design & Marketing, interned with Vera Wang, and then entered the corporate world for a 15+ year career in Marketing, Project Management and Operations.

With a mix of professional, design and stage experience, she's a unique right/left brain mix. This balance allows her to not only imagine, but also execute, her wacky ideas. Daphne designs a lot of her own costumes, mixes her own audio, and even edits a little video on the side.

Daphne has always been considered a character actor, and comedy is a common theme in her performances. She likes to keep things light, fun and "fantastical", and doesn't mind poking fun at herself (and others) for entertainment.
